Tess Conway, Program Coordinator

Tess Conway is a life-long Chicagoan and received her bachelor’s degree from DePaul University in Environmental Studies. There, she studied Sustainable Urban Development within the Calumet Region in South Chicago.
While at DePaul, Tess served as an Environmental Educator for the Chicago Park District in Jackson Park, Washington Park, and Rowan Park. Most recently, she aided in bringing increased outdoor recreation to Calumet at Steelworkers and Big Marsh Park as a Program Specialist for Recreation Equipment Incorporated (REI).
Outside of work Tess is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys kayaking, cycling, hiking with her dog Brady, and most importantly bird watching. Tess is incredibly excited to join her past experience in Sustainable Urban Development with the Collaborative’s network and begin aiding in the advancement of a thriving Calumet Region.
